Ihre Aufgaben

• Commercial management for all photovoltaic systems in the Netherlands (700 MW PV portfolio)
• Being our voice in dealing with (local) authorities, landlords and communities
• Contract negotiations with external service providers
• Liquidity management
• Reporting to shareholders and lenders
• Managing all incoming invoices (e.g. operational management, insurance, power supply)
• Portfolio optimization
• Handling insurance, guarantee and warranty claims
• Plausibility checks on the content of annual and interim financial statements
• Monitoring notice periods based on contract controlling
• Managing the correspondence with external project participants in the Netherlands and in Germany (e.g. banks, PPA partners)

Ihr Profil

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or university degree
• Several years of experience in a comparable position in the field of renewable energies, ideally photovoltaic systems
• Extensive experience in process and project management as well as negotiating contracts
• Strong assertiveness and communication skills
• Affinity for technical aspects and processes in a PV portfolio
• Experience in using the MS Office package (especially Excel)
• Native Dutch speaker, business fluent in English
• A structured, independent and thorough way of working
