We have two products: Physitrack - a SaaS B2B platform used by physiotherapists and their patients, Champion Health that is a Wellbeing platform.About the roleWe’re looking for a Mid or Senior Android Engineer to join our mobile team and help us evolve PhysiApp - our flagship mobile application - as well as other products we own. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features that impact real patients and clinicians around the world.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on meaningful products, values clean architecture, and is comfortable in a remote-first, async-friendly environment.ResponsibilitiesA selection of your day-to-day tasks will include (but are not limited to):Developing and maintaining our Android application written in Kotlin and Jetpack ComposeCollaborating with cross-functional teams to design and ship new featuresEnsuring high performance, code quality, and maintainabilityParticipating in code reviews and sharing knowledge within the teamContributing to architecture and product discussionsMonitoring app performance and improving stability and usabilityRequirements:We’re looking for someone who has:A solid understanding of Android development and KotlinProficiency with Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI developmentExperience with Jetpack libraries and architecture components (e.g. MVVM, Coroutines)Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile UI/UX best practicesAbility to write clean, maintainable, and testable codeEffective verbal and written communication skillsFluency in English and PolishA proactive, collaborative mindset and a user-first attitudeNice to have: Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)Knowledge of Clean Architecture principlesBackground in building apps in healthcare, fitness or wellness sectorsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile projectsExposure to analytics and event tracking toolsExperience working in distributed, remote teamsWhat we offerExperienced team with high engineering standardsProper work-life balanceRemote-first engineering team with flexible working hoursAsync work with as few meetings through the week as possibleSmall, enabled team with no unnecessary corporate overhead20 days of paid PTOTeam retreats 1-2 times a yearBudget for modern hardwareHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their CV.
